PLEASE NOTE: Goods need to be checked on arrival to your warehouse. All our stock is verified at our factory and carefully packed and transported to our warehouse in sturdy crates inside containers. Flutes sent to site, unpacked and reported cracked will not be acknowledged as we have no control over the transport to and handling of these goods on a building site. This being the case we will certainly help with goods broken in transit where Vulcano has organised the freight.
